All Safe Mediation contents, including but not limited to, emails, zoom meetings, proceedings, processes, documentation, and attachments are intended solely for the addressee(s) for the purpose of mediation, and may contain confidential and/or privileged information and may be legally protected from disclosure infinitely. All are to remain confidential and not to be shared with anyone else or passed on as your own work. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any use, dissemination, copying, or storage of any content verbally or written is strictly prohibited.
The information provided to Safe Mediation is protected by client privilege and therefore may not be subject to discovery (court or media). By agreeing with our services, you commit not to subpoena the mediators or any mediation documents in any lawsuit. Safe Mediation is not liable for any distress participation might create.
Media Contact. The parties participating in a mediation process shall not communicate with members of the media or otherwise make any public announcement regarding other people involved in the mediation process without their prior written consent. Any inquiries from the media shall be referred to the mediator.
Comments and Forms
When website visitors leave comments or fill up forms on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
